Shipping and Returns

We ship anywhere in Korea, right to your door (knock, knock!).

Next-day Priority Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 1~2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via one of the local shipment carriers in Korea (a.k.a. "Taek-bae") with tracking and drop-off with or without signature. If you're not going to be available for receiving the shipment, please add a note to the Fatbag staff during the order process (on the address selection page) so that we can pass the message to the shipping company. They can usually drop off the package with your doorman or at the maintenance office of your residence.

Separate Delivery by Mini Sellers

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Each Mini Seller has its own policy for shipping charges, and Fatbag works with the Mini Seller to come up with the most reasonable shipping cost policy.

If you order items from multiple mini sellers, many of the items will be shipped directly from each mini seller. In general, this is how most reliable E-Commerce websites (i.e. Amazon, Ebay) work, and Fatbag also operates in a similar way. If you have a special requirement to receive a consolidated delivery, please do let us know and we'll make the best effort to meet your needs.

Expedited Same-day Delivery

If you prefer expedited delivery by a "Quick Service", an additional cost will be applied; So, please contact us via online chat/email/phone before you place an order. "Quick Service" in Korea is usually referred to as the same-day, sometimes few-hours delivery service where the delivery couriers personally deliver the package via motorcycle. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will do our best to meet your needs.

Returns and Exchanges

Product returns and exchanges are accepted if the items are shipped back within 1 week of delivery. The conditions are as the following:

Returns :

- The item must be in unopened condition from its original packaging. It should be in resellable condition. Return shipping fee will be applied.

Exchanges :

- Non-functional, damaged items. The damage must not have been caused after shipment. Return shipping fee is not applied.
- Special Exchange arrangements can be made with a small fee depending on the circumstances. Fatbag will do its best to accodomate customer's needs.
