Placing International Orders

* Please note that all items are shipped directly from South Korea. International Air Shipping is often extremely costly (USD15 ~ USD50+) depending on weight of the items and the shipping destination.

* International orders have to exceed the minimum order price(not including shipping), KRW 20000 (USD18).

We at Fatbag do our best to give you the most precise shipping quote. While other online shopping stores may charge a pre-determined (usually much higher than actual) price for international shipping, we check the shipping cost in real-time, and provide our international customers with the most up-to-date shipping cost estimate.

If you are a customer residing in a country outside of Korea and are interested in purchasing and having our items shipped overseas, here's how:

1) Tell us about the purchase items and shipping destination!

Please contact us at support@fatbag.co.kr and specify the item(s) and your delivery location (country/city). You can also try our instant chat support by clicking on the right-bottom chat bubble (while we're online).
 

2) Fatbag Support gives you a quote on shipping cost.

Fatbag staff will get the exact shipping quote from our EMS shipping company and let you know as soon as possible, sometimes within a few minutes.
 

3) Add the international shipping items to the shopping cart, and proceed with check-out.

If you are satisfied with the quote, please make the purchase on the Fatbag website. In order to pay for the quoted shipping fees, please add to the shopping cart the appropriate shipping fee items under the "International Shipping Fees" product category.
 

For example, if the shipping quote is KRW27000, you can add 1 x KRW25000 and 1 x KRW2000 to your shopping cart, which add up to the total shipping of KRW27000.

There is a "Currency Display" drop-down box on the top-right corner on the homepage, which lets you switch between the two currencies, KRW and USD. Please note that even if you add items to the shopping cart in KRW, the currency will be automatically converted to USD during check-out.

Once complete, please proceed with the rest of the order process including the payment.

4) Items are shipped securely for prioritized air shipping.

Once the items are shipped, an EMS tracking code will be provided to you. It normally takes 4-5 days of delivery for Asia destinations, and 7-10 days for other regions including Americas, Europe, Australia, NZ, and slightly longer for India, Pakistan, and Africa.

Please note that for international purchase, returns/exchanges are accepted only for factory defects. Customers are liable for any additional cost incurred by Tariffs and other tax-related regulations in their destination countries.
